Free until you shoot. Then one fee for the film.

Every film starts free, and stays free for as long as it is being prepared. When it needs footage, it is upgraded on its own, once. No seats, no plans to choose between.

The film's fee

Once, for one film, for every tool and every person on it. Paid before the film's footage opens.

Free, for every film

  • Pre-production, as far as call sheets. The script, the breakdown, cast, locations, the board and call sheets.
  • The producer and two more people.
  • One reading of the script by Munshi.
  • As many films as you like. Each starts free.

Upgraded, film by film

  • Footage. Uploads, the DIT's checks, the archive and the inventory.
  • Watching and notes. Dailies, notes on the frame, and the record of every play.
  • The edit's drive, and the budget. Proxies opened as a drive on the editor's Mac; the film costed from its board.
  • Munshi's work, up to an amount included.
  • No limit on people. And nobody who only watches is ever a seat.
  • Coming Cloud edit suites, by the hour.

Then, what the film uses.

Charged each month for what was used, on one invoice for the film. Prices are as AeroSync sets them, shown here as they stand today.

  • Storage. For what the film holds, each month.
  • Footage sent out. By the terabyte, for what leaves AeroSync.
  • Munshi. Past what is included, charged as he is used.
  • Size is never a limit. The size you expect only works out an estimate; passing it is told, never stopped.

How paying works.

Plain terms, the same for every film.

  • A tax invoice each month, by itself. A GST invoice for the month just ended, sent to whoever holds the film's billing.
  • 30 days' grace. An invoice unpaid past it puts the film to view only: everyone can still watch and read, and uploads carry on.
  • Never deleted for money. After 90 days unpaid, footage moves to deep archive. It is never removed.
  • Closing a film. The producer asks, and the last invoice settles what is owed.

Keep every frame.
